All services are subject to a separate service agreement or estimate accepted by the customer prior to the commencement of work. The specific scope, pricing, and terms of each service engagement are governed by that agreement.
Estimates provided by AL Air Duct Cleaning Nashville are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, system size, or scope of work differs from what was described when the estimate was provided. We will communicate any changes to the estimated price before performing additional work beyond the original scope.
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Scheduling: Service appointments are confirmed upon receipt of your contact information and verbal or written agreement to our estimate.
Cancellation by Customer: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to equipment issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to find the earliest available alternative appointment.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to a monthly finance charge and collection action.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the services performed, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any deficiencies in our workmanship at no additional charge, provided the issue is related to the services we performed and not caused by pre-existing conditions or customer-introduced factors.
AL Air Duct Cleaning Nashville's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage to ductwork, HVAC components, walls, ceilings, or floors that is discovered during or after the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
We are not responsible for issues caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to hidden ductwork defects, undisclosed hazardous materials, or pre-existing equipment failure.
Our air duct cleaning services come with a 90-day warranty against deficiencies in workmanship. This warranty does not cover deterioration of ductwork due to pre-existing conditions, new contamination introduced after service, or damage caused by third parties.
Equipment and materials installed by us (such as air scrubbers or replacement vent components) carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist customers in processing manufacturer warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
